الإلغاء قبل وصول السائق
يمكن للعميل إلغاء الحجز في أي وقت قبل وصول السائق إلى موقع الالتقاء دون فرض أي رسوم أو التزامات مالية.
الإلغاء بعد وصول السائق
في حال وصول السائق إلى الموقع ثم قرر العميل إلغاء الطلب، قد يتم احتساب رسوم زيارة رمزية حسب المنطقة والزمن المستغرق للوصول.
تأخر العميل عن الموعد
- ينتظر السائق من 5 إلى 10 دقائق حسب نوع الرحلة.
- في حال عدم حضور العميل خلال الفترة المحددة، قد يتم إلغاء الطلب تلقائيًا.
- قد تُطبَّق رسوم إضافية في حال الانتظار لفترة أطول.
تأخر السائق
في حال تأخر السائق لأي ظرف طارئ، يتم إبلاغ العميل فورًا، ويحق له إلغاء الحجز دون أي رسوم.
إعادة الحجز
يمكن للعميل إعادة الحجز في أي وقت دون قيود، ويُفضّل استخدام الواتساب لتأكيد الحجز بسرعة.
تحديثات السياسة
تحتفظ إدارة تاكسي رحّال المتحدة بحق تعديل سياسة الإلغاء في أي وقت، ويُعتبر التحديث ساريًا فور نشره.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Before Driver Arrival
Customers may cancel their booking at any time before the driver arrives without any charges.
Cancellation After Driver Arrival
If the driver arrives at the pickup location and the customer cancels, a small visit fee may apply depending on distance and travel time.
Customer Delay
- Drivers wait between 5 to 10 minutes depending on the ride type.
- If the customer does not arrive on time, the booking may be canceled automatically.
- Additional waiting fees may apply for extended delays.
Driver Delay
If the driver is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, the customer will be notified and may cancel without charges.
Rebooking Policy
Customers may rebook at any time. WhatsApp is recommended for quick confirmation.
Policy Updates
